Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product when the product is packaged in its original packaging and has not been used/assembled, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
A refund (minus 5% of the purchase price, but not more than 100 shekels) will be given for the following products (provided that their prices are over 50 shekels): electrical products, furniture products that have not yet been assembled in the consumer's home, and other products sold in the manufacturer's packaging (provided that the packaging has not been opened).
A refund for an item of clothing (minus 5% of the purchase price, but not more than 100 shekels) priced over 50 shekels will be given within two business days of the date of purchase, provided that the label has not been removed and the item has not been used.
Exchange and return of clothing items, against receipt of a credit, can be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Refunds will be made within 7 days in accordance with the terms set forth in the regulations. - For the return of other products, for which refunds are not applicable according to the regulations, only a credit voucher will be given.
It will not be possible to exchange or return underwear products, including swimwear, and toiletries sold without packaging.
No refund will be given for shipping fees, if free shipping is specified on the product, the value will be 45 shekels.
Returning the product and sending it back is the sole responsibility of the customer.
